These guys know they don't have evidence, they admit destroying key data, and as a result demonstrate a refusal to release data under UK freedom of information laws.
The CRU is a criminal organization depending on millions from UK taxpayers. If the so-called science were really settled, then the CRU would release the data and we'll all go out and replace our crucifixes with hockey sticks. The UN hopes to strangle people living in industrialized countries with outrageous new taxes and phase in carbon credits which will be traded on financial exchanges.
We know politicians are liars, but life is carbon-based. Carbon dioxide is plant food, and enough is enough. Copenhagen will fail.

There is a direct link between the financially wobbly half-mile high Burj Dubai, the world's tallest building now, and the remains of this building at 120 Broadway, the Equitable Life Assurance Building. This building completed in 1870 had Earth's first elevator installed. Skyscraper history starts here.
Japanese history students should be acquainted with this address because Jacob Schiff must have had an office here as he was a director of Equitable Life. Schiff funded the Japanese during the Russo-Japanese war to the tune of (then) $200 million. He also funded another post-war loan of an additional $200 million.
The neoclassical twin tower Equitable Building, a giant monolith, replaced it. The new building cast a huge shadow and that angered many and the result was new zoning and building restrictions. Step-back Art Deco buildings emerged such as the Chrysler Building.
One day there will be a book made about this significant address. Lawrence Moonstone is its current owner.
